How is the association governed?
The association is governed by a board of directors elected by the members. Meetings are held at least annually, and owners are encouraged to attend.

COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE
What does the Association maintain, and what am I responsible for?
The HOA maintains landscaping throughout the community. For other responsibilities, please refer to the governing documents or contact management.
How do I report a maintenance issue in a common area?
Submit a request via TownSq with a description and photo, if possible.
How do I get a mailbox key?
Contact your local United States Postal Service office for instructions, or a locksmith if your home was purchased as a resale.

When is my assessment due?
Quarterly
Why does my account show a negative number?
A negative balance means you have a credit.
Who do I contact about past due assessments or fees?

How do I set up a payment plan?
Email delinquencies@goodwintx.com.
What does my assessment pay for?
Operating expenses such as utilities, landscaping, maintenance, insurance, etc.
